applying for the card you want right away by finding a card that suits you, checking where you are coming from by looking at the card issuance status , and using the registration function. [Convenience page] We have collected menus for the convenience of our customers through school banking, from electricity, telephone, and city gas living expenses to our children's education expenses . With overseas total care, overseas card life is no problem. [Tops Page] Shinhan Card's unique customer management, Tops menu has been added to the app. [Customer Center Page]

[Usage Guide]

01. When using the 'Shinhan Card App' through a mobile communication network (3G, 4G, etc.), data call charges may occur depending on the type of plan of the mobile carrier you subscribed to.

02. Please be sure to proceed to the Shinhan Card website (www.shinhancard.com) to import the official certificate of the 'Shinhan Card App'.

03. When entering the password, please make sure to distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters.

04. For your safe use of the service, it is not available for devices with rooting history and non-Google certified devices
. Please re-download and install the app.

05. The Shinhan Card app is available for normal service on Android version 4.4 or higher / Samsung Galaxy S4 or higher / LG G3 or higher phones.
Please note that the screen may not be displayed as the screen is optimized for some resolution terminals.
*If you are using Android OS version 4.4 or lower, please upgrade to the latest Android version.
*Customers whose device model is not recommended can use the normal service on the Shinhan Card mobile website (www.shinhancard.com).

06. When a call is made to the Shinhan Card Customer Center, the contents provided by Shinhan Card are displayed on the smartphone screen. To this end , we
provide an encrypted phone number and app ID information to Colgate, a service provider.

To use the Shinhan Card app, you need to allow the following access rights.

(Required) Phone
This permission is required to check the customer's terminal information and automatically connect when the phone number is touched.

(Required) Storage Space
This permission is required to access the storage to store the files required to run the app.

(Required) Check
installed apps This permission is required to collect threat information among the apps installed on the device to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents.

(Optional) This
permission is required to take a camera ID and attached documents.

(Optional) Drawing on top
of other apps This permission is required to provide use of the screen service provided during calls on top of other apps.

(Optional) User Access
This permission is required to detect whether an app with a risk of hacking is running.

* The above items are absolutely necessary to use the Shinhan Card app, and if the permission is denied, it may not work properly.

* You can also set permission-related settings in the smartphone environment settings > Applications > Shinhan Card > Permissions menu.
